It takes a lot of people working to make a busy town go. We met a lot of our neighbors and learned about their jobs. Here’s what they said kids should know about their work.
Mark Concannon – owner, Bark Tees
“It’s a great place to get a cool t-shirt for kids. We do printing for schools.”
Megan Haak – barista, Espressit
“We’ve got a lot of food that’s absolutely delicious. It’s healthy and it’s good for you and it’s vegetarian.”
Peter Severino – pasta maker, Severino Pasta
“It’s fun and different and delicious every day.”
Mike Carberry – firefighter/EMT, Westmont Fire Company
“We help people. We put out fires. We take sick people to the hospital. We save pets.”
Sean Perry – engineer, Boeing
“I build helicopters that fly in the sky.”
Coley McKenna – mom
“I try every day to be a better mom.”
Marisol DeFrancesco – yoga teacher
“It is very much fun to move and to breathe at the same time.”
