On May 13, voters in Collingswood will select from among seven candidates for three seats on the borough government.
These include two, three-candidate slates, challengers Collingswood Forward and incumbents Team Collingswood, as well as newcomer Stuart Slattery, who is running on his own.
As a component of our election coverage, NJ Pen and The Retrospect co-hosted a two-hour, moderated panel discussion Thursday evening that was hosted at the Scottish Rite Grand Ballroom in Collingswood.
This discussion spanned topics including governance, finance, public safety, redevelopment, sustainability, and partnership with the borough school district.
Streamed live with support from Mageworks of Runnemede, the program is available to view on the NJ Pen and Retrospect YouTube channels for voters who were unable to attend the event in person or stream it live.
We offer this program for voters to hear from the candidates in their own words on the issues that are most relevant to the community.
It serves as a companion piece to our previous election coverage, and upcoming voter guide before the May 13 municipal election, and like them, is presented free in the public interest.
