UPDATE: County Says ‘This Kind of Fire Can Never Happen Again’, Recycler Blames Li-Ion Batteries 

Camden City and County government officials vow to hold EMR Metal Recycling accountable after the latest fire in its scrapyard sent thick columns of smoke across the region Friday and Saturday. The company believes the fire was started by a litihum-ion battery that was delivered there against its policies.
