Authorities said the men held employees and customers at gunpoint Tuesday morning, making off with prescription medication and fleeing on foot.

Police are seeking information about a pair of suspects they say robbed the Ames Drug Store in Collingswood at gunpoint Tuesday morning.

According to a statement from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office (CCPO), two men allegedly entered the pharmacy in the 700 block of West Collings Avenue around 11:30 a.m. and held employees and customers there at gunpoint. They left on foot with an undisclosed quantity of prescription medication, reportedly heading west on Richey Avenue.

No injuries were reported. The men are considered armed and dangerous, authorities said.
