Police are investigating an apparent sudden death in Haddon Township.

Around 3 p.m. Monday afternoon, the entrances to the former Rite Aid in the 600 block of Cuthbert Boulevard were taped off to vehicle traffic, with parked police SUVs at each.

Investigators from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office (CCPO) were seen working in the drive-through area of the shuttered pharmacy.

CCPO Chief Robert Ferris said that the investigation involves a sudden death, and that there is no threat to public safety.
