UPDATE: 6 p.m. September 25 – According to the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, at 10:13 a.m., a bank customer described as “a white male or a light skinned black male wearing black Muslim attire” passed a note to a teller demanding money.
He fled the scene on a BMX-style bicycle, authorities said.

Police have confirmed that the Audubon Savings Bank location in the 500 block of the White Horse Pike in Audubon was closed midday Thursday for a robbery investigation.
The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office is expected to release details of the alleged incident later today.
A sign in the front of the bank alerted customers that the branch was closed “until further notice.” Its additional locations in Mount Laurel and Pine Hill remain open.
