Camden Telehealth Clinic to Increase Healthcare Access for Vulnerable Communities

Omega Physicians was founded as a primary care practice connecting formerly incarcerated people with healthcare services to help reduce recidivism rates. A pilot program at the Heart of Camden aims to deliver access to those same healthcare services throughout the community.
