Fishtown Seafood Brings ‘New-School Fish Shop’ to Haddonfield with First NJ Location
Owner Bryan Szeliga is offering customers a higher quality of product and education driven by his years in the food preparation and sourcing business. The shop opens Nov. 23 with an oyster promotion.
Chef Richard Cusack’s first restaurant, June BYOB, was named for his mother. In May, he’ll relaunch his Audubon eatery, Café Le Jardin, as Pops’ Trattoria in honor of his dad.
Rather than launch a new concept, Dominic and Lindsay Piperno will carry their fine dining brand down Haddon Avenue into their second location, which is anticipated to be completed in 2026. They aren’t certain whether they will re-imagine the Collingswood space or find a new tenant for it.
